Why Circularity

We do think upstream and offer 100% recycled textiles to different customer groups and we do think downstream and offer specifically to large industry customers a solution for textile waste especially for end-of-first-life workwear.

Finally, such items can be turned into fiberized secondary material being used to produce new textiles again. In this way, the circle is closed.

our influence

By reusing textile waste and discarded garments as raw materials for new textile products, we replace precious natural resources by secondary material and achieve many positive effects along the textile value chain.

As we fully replace cultivated cotton by recycled fibers and as we do not use any water at all, there is no water consumption attributed to our processes. Please have in mind that an incredible amount of water is used for cotton cultivation, sometimes up to 17,000 liters per T-shirt.

CO2 intensive pesticides and fertilizers are used on the cotton fields and commonly expose farmers to severe health risks. Not with us.

Dying chemicals and high temperature dying processes are essential parts of state of the art textile processing and have a high impact on CO2 emissions. We achieve high color purity with sorting our input material only.

In addition to these environmental risks, social situation of workers in the cotton and textile industry are often not acceptable any longer and do not change in principle.

In apposite to that, we follow the vision to rebuild textile industry in Europe and to provide new and fair paid jobs here.
