Circularity is your leading solution for sustainable waste management. We collect and recycle large quantities of used clothing, e.g. from industrial customers, bed sheets from hospitals and unsold items that would otherwise end up in incinerators.
Through our unique process, we ensure that all textiles are collected, sorted by color and composition and responsibly reused in new products, giving them a second life instead of ending up in a landfill. We offer turnkey solutions for any desired batch size.

The 8-step process
1. collection:
We collect batches of used textiles and work clothes. Also surplus or collected textiles from fashion chains.
2. sorting:
The garments received are first sorted according to their composition.
3. stripping:
Next, contrasting colors, logos, labels, zippers and buttons are removed. The textiles are then sent color by color to the cutting department.
4. cutting:
Since there is no new dyeing process, cutting is done color by color. This means that the garments are chopped into small pieces in a closed line for better processing further on..
5. fiberization:
Connected to the cutting line is the fiber machine, in which the cutted textile pieces are mechanically pulled apart to form a kind of “pulp”. This “pulp” is then pressed into bales and transported to the spinning mill.
6. spinning:
The fibers from the “pulp” are spun into yarn in various stages. The type of yarn to be spun is determined in advance, as each product has its own specific yarn. However, it is always a completely recycled yarn, as no virgin raw materials are added.
7. knitting:
The yarn is placed on the circular knitting machines. The type of fabric we want to knit is entered beforehand: Jersey or pique, sweatshirt fabric or fabric for other products.
8. cutting & sewing:
The cloths are placed on modern laser cutting machines. The computer calculates the highest efficiency when cutting the patterns. Our own cutting waste is collected and recycled again.
Sewing of final articles is done according to customers craftsmen ship expectations.

Further expectations
At the time when Han Hamers started nobody was willing to join. In consequence of that we worked with partners in India.
That is why all production takes place in India.
At the moment we are planning to have a fiberization line here in Germany to come close to our customers.
With feedstock being fiberized locally we can imagine to bring back fabrics from India to Germany and to start with local cutting & sewing.
